This hotel is an exceptional 5-star venue with exclusive amenities. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was rejuvenating with a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a relaxing steam room. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning with the turquoise water, heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and luxury sun loungers. the beach access and aqua park were so enjoyable for the whole family, and the Sun terrace had a breathtaking view of the garden area. The hotel also offers full body massage, facial, treatments, body wraps, foot massage, and manicure. Cons: the only minor issue was that the dinner buffet could have a larger variety of food for dinner. we had a fantastic stay, and this hotel's location is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

They're stealing. Left my glasses, went swimming with my son in the pool, came back - glasses were stolen. Disco under the window until midnight. If you want to sleep early, that's out of the question.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch. The hotel also has a well-kept garden that adds a touch of serenity to the surroundings. The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach, and there is a piano bar where we enjoyed a drink from their well-stocked selection of imported drinks. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was excellent.

Amazing food and beautiful beach! the hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained. Loved the aqua park and the different cuisines offered every night. the staff was extremely polite and helpful, always making sure empty glasses were cleared. the entertainment team kept the vibe positive and was always organizing fun events such as sports games and foam party. the spa facilities were impressive, and the nightly shows were of high quality.

The noise level was high, sometimes making it difficult to sleep at night. the town does not offer many activities, so it's not ideal for young couples looking for excitement beyond the hotel.

We had an amazing time at this resort. the spacious pools were perfect for our family and we never had to worry about finding a spot to lay out at the beach. the friendly service staff at the restaurant and the breakfast selection were top-notch. Our room and the bathroom were always clean and tidy with great views of the surrounding greenery. We also loved the nightly shows and entertainment provided by the staff.

Beautiful pools and stunning beach location make for a romantic escape. Exceptional entertainment is provided by a vibrant animation team. Local trips to the grand bazaar are easy and fun.

The check-in process was unresponsive, with no offer of assistance to rectify errors. The noise from the road was disruptive to sleep quality.
